Voici une table que je pourrais comparer au Burger Joint de New York, pas de chichi. Le Off the Strip est une table très loin du Strip. Plus qu’un restaurant, c’est un bistrot caché au milieu d’un parking de centre commercial de la banlieue de Vegas… une demi heure de voiture du Bellagio. Alors vous me demanderez pourquoi aller là, et bien parce que parfois on écoute les commentaires des clients sur Trip Advisor et on se lance… A l’arrivée, on est accueilli par le patron qui vous regarde et qui au regard de votre tenue vestimentaire, vous salue en disant : « Trip Advisor ? » auquel vous ne saurez repondre que « Yes ??? » Et, comme la convivialité est présente, vous passez une très bonne soirée en vous régalant de plats typiquement américain jusqu’à la cuisine française, pour le plus grand plaisir de votre palais.
En revanche, oubliez le vin là bas et préferrer une bonne bière.. voici le Menu

Here is a restaurant that I could compare with the Burger Joint in New York for its ‘no fuss’ attitude. Off the Strip is indeed a long way from the Strip. It is not so much a restaurant as a bistro hidden in the middle of a shopping centre car park in the suburbs of Vegas… a half-hour car journey from Bellagio. I’m sure you are wondering what on earth led me there. Well, sometimes you read the comments posted by clients on Trip Advisor and you just go for it… On arrival, we were met by the owner who looks you up and down and, in view of your attire, greets you and says: « Trip Advisor? » to which all you can answer is « Yes??? » But, since it is a friendly place, you have a good evening, sampling a menu that spans from typically American dishes to French cuisine, to the great delight of your taste buds.
However, forget about the wine there… you’re better off choosing a beer… here is the Menu
