Après 5 jours de promenade dans le grand ouest, retour dans le territoire du vice et du jeux. Pour ce second passage à Vegas, l’offre hôtelière s’est largement améliorée… Nous résiderons pour 2 jours au Bellagio. Je ne pourrais pas critiquer l’établissement car comme nous avons eu un léger soucis au check-in, le chef de réception nous a upgradé en penthouse suite, je vous laisse imaginer ce que cela signifie 190 m² de chambre.
C’est la première fois que nous disposons chacun de notre salle de bain…. c’est n’est plus du luxe…Bref notre second séjour se présente bien. Le Bellagio est énorme, je crois que nous n’en avons pas fait le tour, entre les galeries commerciales, le casino, les restaurants et toutes les autres activités possibles, il faudrait rester au moins 15 jours pour tout voir. Le Bellagio vous satisfait le palais avec pas loin d’une vingtaine de restaurants et bistrots dont Pétrossian (pour les amateur de caviar), cuisine francaise, italienne, asiatique. Tous les styles culinaires se cotoient et avec des formules « tout compris » dépassant l’entendement; Le vegas de la luxure ? Le spectacle des jets d’eau peut lui aussi se plier à vos désidératas. Vous choississez votre musique et, tranquillement installés dans votre chambre, vous regardez le spectacle par la fenêtre alors que votre téléviseur vous transmet le son… c’est génial.
Nous avons pu aller voir le spectacle « O » du Cirque du Soleil, quelle féérie. J’en ferais une note à part.
Las Vegas… encore!
After 5 days exploring the Far West, here we are again in the land of vice and gambling. For this second stop off in Vegas, the hotel offer has improved… We will be staying for 2 days at the Bellagio. I cannot criticize the hotel since, to make up for a slight problem at check-in, the reception manager upgraded us to a penthouse suite. I will leave you to imagine the grandeur of a room of 190 square meters.
It is the first time that we each have our own bathroom…. this is a step above luxury… In short, our second stay looks promising. The Bellagio is huge, I don’t think we saw all of it, what with the shopping galleries, the casino, the restaurants and every other possible activity, I guess that you would need to stay at least a fortnight to see everything. The Bellagio satisfies your dining expectations with almost twenty restaurants and bistros including the Petrossian Lounge (for fans of caviar), and French, Italian and Asian cuisine. All the culinary styles are catered for with ‘all inclusive’ formulas beyond belief; is this Las Vegas luxury? The spectacle of the fountain jets can also be adapted to your slightest whim. You choose your music and, from the comfort of your room, you watch the show through the window while your TV plays the music… it is fantastic.
We also watched the « O » show by the Cirque du Soleil, which was just magical. I will write about it in another post.
