Voila un certain temps que je n’ai pas rédigé ici un coup de coeur gastronomique sur une table  parisienne. L’une des raisons est peut être due à Monsieur Pierre Dukan, nutritionniste désormais célèbre dont la méthode nous éloigne un peu, Charlotte et moi, des  tables gastronomiques… Mais bon, l’efficacité de sa méthode permet parfois quelques écarts ! En voici un avec un brunch brunch élégant au Market situé avenue Matignon, à dix minutes à pied de l’hôtel. Chaque week end, samedi et dimanche de midi à 16h, le brunch se compose de deux belles assiettes. Cela change du  traditionnel buffet ! On y retrouve la cuisine gastronomique inventive de qualité du chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Si l’envie vous prend et que le régime vous le permet, laissez vous tenter par la pizza à la truffe… par exemple

Gastronomic gem: An elegant brunch
It has been quite some time since I last presented a Parisian restaurant as a gastronomic gem. One of the reasons is perhaps due to Mr. Pierre Dukan, a now famous nutritionist whose method has unfortunately kept Charlotte and me away from gastronomic restaurants… But then, the effectiveness of his method allows the odd moment of indulgence don’t you think! So here is one in the form of an elegant brunch at an establishment called Le Market situated on Avenue Matignon, which is just a ten-minute walk from the hotel. Every weekend (Saturdays and Sundays from midday to 4pm) the brunch consists of two beautiful dishes, which really makes a change from the usual buffet, in which you will discover the top-quality, inventive and gastronomic cuisine of the chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. If the fancy takes you and your diet permits it, let yourself be tempted by the truffle pizza… for example.
