Hier soir avait lieu le Vernissage du Salon du Livre 2009. nous étions, Charlotte et moi, invités par Albin Michel, nous avons pu arpenter les allées du Hall 1 de la porte de Versailles.
Le livre se porte bien, les stands des différents éditeurs étaient noirs de monde. Bref l’actualité du livre semble bonne malgré la crise. Allez en profiter en famille ce week-end.

Cultural gem: The Paris Book Fair
Last night was the opening evening of the 2009 Paris Book Fair. Charlotte and I were invited by the editor Albin Michel and were able to browse around Hall 1 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.
Books are still as popular as ever with lots of people gathered around the different editors’ stands. It seems that the market for books is faring well despite the economic crisis. Try the book fair for a different family outing this weekend.
