Un coup de cœur gastronomique où je regroupe les restaurants que Charlotte et moi avons essayé à Courchevel. Si vous partez là bas avant la fin du mois je vous conseille d’y passer, la qualité des repas que vous y ferez seront à la hauteur de l’altitude de la station.
Le Mountain :
Restaurant atypique, le chef y revisite la gastronomie Savoyarde et Montagnarde, avec notamment l’émulsion de tartiflette.

La Saulire :
Un restaurant qui vous fera gouter au plaisir de la fondue à la Truffe. Jacques, votre hôte vous accueille dans un cadre chaleureux et convivial. Tout est réuni pour passer une excellente soirée ponctuée de vins merveilleux (Une des plus belles cartes de Courchevel.)

Le Cap Horn :
Le bonheur d’un restaurant d’altitude exposé face au soleil, il parait que c’est le plus haut restaurant de la station. La carte est bien fournie la qualité est très bonne. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir y passer une journée tranquille.

Le Cap Horn:
The joys of a restaurant perched high up on the slopes (it is the highest in the resort) and bathed in the sun all day long. The menu offers lots of choice and the quality is very good. We appreciated being able to laze in the sun there for an entire day.

So that’s it for my round up of the restaurants at the resort. However I would be interested if anyone could explain to me why the wine is so outrageously expensive in Courchevel. Could it be the altitude perhaps?!
