Malgré mon plaisir inconditionnel de dîner à l’atelier de Joël à paris, une petite déception à vous signifier : A las Vegas, il y a une table de Joël et un atelier. Voulant nous faire plaisir depuis la fermeture de la table Parisienne, nous avons donc pris nos quartiers gustatifs pour notre première soirée à Vegas chez Monsieur Robuchon.
La qualité, les bons produits, un personnel serviable et aux petits soins. Le seul hic: Monsieur Robuchon est entré dans le restaurant et à snobé l’intégralité de ses clients… Cela m’a déçu, on peut être un grand chef, avoir des restaurants partout dans le monde et savoir dire bonjour à ces clients… Je ne sais pas mais c’est la première chose que je fais à l’hôtel lorsque j’arrive le matin et que je croise les gens qui rémunèrent nos services…

Despite my unconditional pleasure of dining at the Joël atelier in Paris, be aware of a small disappointment: in Las Vegas, there is a Joël restaurant and an atelier. Looking to indulge ourselves since the Parisian restaurant closed, we decided to bring our gustatory expertise for our first evening in Vegas to Robuchon.
Quality, good produce, helpful staff and good service. The only glitch: Mr. Robouchon came into the restaurant and snubbed all of his customers…This disappointed me. You can be a great chef, have restaurants all over the world and still greet your customers. I don’t know, but it is the first thing I do at the hotel when I arrive in the morning and meet the people who are paying for our services.
